What We Do
TPWA plans, funds and administers the operations of the Authority to provide reasonably priced and affordable electric, water distribution, water treatment, wastewater collection, wastewater treatment services for the City of Tahlequah and surrounding areas. We provide meter reading, as well as billing and collection service for the City of Tahlequah's solid waste and stormwater management.
TPWA maintains and expands the electric distribution system, the water distribution and water treatment plants, the water waste treatment and wastewater collection systems and surrounding areas of the City of Tahlequah. We also provide street, security, and traffic lighting for the City of Tahlequah's surrounding areas.
